Our homestay features a three-story building with eight thoughtfully designed rooms, each with a stunning view of Bir Billing’s lush tea farms, mountains and the mesmerizing sight of paragliders dotting the skies.
We offer two types of rooms to suit your needs: 5 Duplex Rooms with Kitchenette (on ground & top floor) & Standard Duplex Rooms (on middle floor)

Room Tarrif : INR 1500/- (peak season) & INR 1200/- (Regular Season)
Expected Peak Season : 15’Apr-15’July & 20’Dec-5’Jan. Call us directly to know the abt the current price.
All the rest days apart from peak season comes under regular season.
For longer stays (weekly/monthly basis) our rooms are available at special discounted price.

- Extra mattress bedding charge INR 200/- (per bed)
- A valid photo ID of all the adults are mandatory and must be presented upon check-in. Identification proofs accepted are Passport, Driver’s Licence, and Voter ID.

- Bookings can be made simply by making an advance deposit either through Bank Transfer or UPI after confirmation of availability.
